Exploring the Workspace

Once logged in, you'll find yourself in the heart of Archr's workspace. Here's what you'll see:

  • Top Left Corner: A dropdown menu listing all the projects you're part of. Easily switch between projects with a click.

  • Top Right Corner:

    • Notifications Symbol: Look out for a red dot here - it means you've got new notifications.
    • Timer: This handy tool lets you track time for assigned requirements or ad hoc tasks like meetings or general project management.
    • Profile Picture: Clicking on your picture opens a dropdown with various options to manage your profile and settings.
  • Main Tabs:

    • My Requirements: Your personal to-do list across various projects. View and manage all the requirements assigned to you.
    • My Projects: Check out a list of projects you're involved in. This tab displays key metrics like progress (Hours Used/Budgeted), remaining hours, average work velocity (hrs/day), and estimated project completion. Plus, access each project directly with a click.
    • Payroll: Dive into the details of your contributions across projects. Filter by organization or project, and select date ranges to view your tracked hours, utilization rate, and earnings (if hourly rates are set).
    • Feedback: Browse through feedback you've received from peers and project members.
    • Profile Settings: Here, you can view and edit your profile information, see a list of your projects, and check the hours you've committed to each project weekly.

Getting Comfortable

Take some time to click around and familiarize yourself with each section. Archr is designed to be intuitive, helping you manage your projects and track your progress seamlessly.
